1. How do I place an order for storage organizers?

Head to our Shop page to browse all our products on offer. You may also view our products by Collections or by Spaces if you are looking for something specific. Choose the product of your preference, add to cart, make the payment & your order will be placed!

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit card payments, UPI & netbanking. We currently do not have a cash on delivery option.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at the moment.

4. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

It takes an average of 5 business days to process & ship orders & 3 business days for delivery. 

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We only provide exchange & not refunds. You may check the Return & Exchange page for more details.

6. Can I track the status of my order?

8. Are the storage organizers easy to assemble?

Yes, most of our items are ready-to-store. Some items from our Loom Luxe Collection & Premium Collection require quick assembly. For any further assistance, write to us on contact@thekupe.in

9. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately you can't. In case of a double order, write to us on contact@thekupe.in & we will look into the case.

10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Reach out to us on contact@thekupe.in for a larger order.

11. What materials are used in the construction of the storage organizers?

Our organizer are made of multiple materials – plastic, linen, cotton, jute among others.

12. Do you offer installation services for the storage organizers?

Our products are extremely easy to assemble & use, hence there is no requirement for installation services at the moment.
